Terms

1. Classes will be conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. Live class link can be found in the Google Classroom.

2. All materials including recordings, worksheets, and notes are given through Google Classroom.

3. Google Classroom links for each class will be sent automatically via email to the email address provided during registration after the fees have been paid. Students are required to use the links in the email to join the relevant Google Classrooms.

4. The student must have a stable internet connection. If the student’s internet connection fails on the day of class, there will be no replacement or refund for that class. However, the recording of the class will be uploaded to Google Classroom and will be available for viewing.

5. All fees will be paid via the payment methods available through Online Transaction or as agreed upon after discussion with KL Math (Aptent Tuition).

6. All classes paid for are for one student only. All lessons (live and recorded), recordings, worksheets, and notes are only to be used by one student (as registered) and should not be shared with anyone else.

7. If the student is unable to attend a class for any reason, there will be no replacement or refund for that class. However, the recording of the class will be uploaded to Google Classroom and will be available for viewing.

8. Strictly, no video/still picture/audio recording should be taken without the permission of KL Math (Aptent Tuition).

9. All recordings, notes, and other materials obtained from KL Math (Aptent Tuition) belong to KL Math (Aptent Tuition) (unless explicitly stated otherwise) and should not be distributed in any form to anyone without the permission of KL Math (Aptent Tuition).

10. All recordings are only to be viewed by students enrolled in KL Math (Aptent Tuition) at the time of viewing. Recordings cannot be viewed by anyone who is not a student enrolled in KL Math (Aptent Tuition) at the time of viewing.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are only offered for purchases of classes with duplicate content. 

For example, if you have purchased two classes with the same topics:

• if both classes contain the exact same topics and recordings, the class with the lower fee paid will be refunded

• if one class contains some recordings that have been purchased with other classes, either the portion of the fee for the duplicate recordings will be refunded, or the class will be refunded, whichever is lower

2. The following purchases will not be refunded:

• Any material that has already been made accessible 

• Any class for which the Google Classroom has already been sent via email

3. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the account number of the account to which the refund amount will be paid. This account MUST be under the same name as the account from which the payment was made.

4. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will be sent to the account provided in your refund request email within two weeks.

5. If you still have not received your refund yet after two weeks from the date of refund approval, please contact us at aptentmy@gmail.com.
